Description: Spammers sometimes insert their urls and products into the author and summary fields when changing a page.
This enhancement request is to extend the blocklist functionality to optionally also scan the 'Author' and 'Summary' fields when a change is submitted
When $EnableWhyBlocked is enabled (optionally) also display the block list name from which blocking phrase originates?
