01188: Preferences 'ak_textedit', 'e_rows' and 'e_cols' not defined in view mode

Summary: Preferences 'ak_textedit', 'e_rows' and 'e_cols' not defined in view mode

Description: Hi,

The three preferences are defined correctly in Edit mode, but in View mode they are undefined.

This way we can't view the current defined value in documentation pages. You get an indication when looking at PmWiki.AccessKeys for ak_textedit. The markup "$[ak_textedit]" results in "ak_textedit" instead of ",". If you go on this page in Edit mode and click Preview, you see the markup correctly parsed as ",". I have tested also the preferences "e_cols" and "e_rows" and they show the same problem.

Reviewed environments:

  • I have checked PmWiki versions 2.2.6 and 2.2.15 (last one in local install and on pmwiki.org).
  • I don't think it is browser related. I have tested Internet Explorer 7 and 8 and FireFox 3.6.

If you would define above, can you also make access keys 'ak_attach', 'ak_backlinks', and 'ak_logout' empty instead of undefined?
