I'm really happy with PmWiki. It's by far the easiest Wiki to get up and running, and the cookbooks showed me how to do some really nifty tricks that I always wished I could do with other Wikis and now I know how I can do those things since some of them came down to Apache configuration tweaks. Vive la PmWiki community!
