AddPageForm-Recipe and more.
I mean, you can as well call it (:addpageform:) and overwrite the recipe.
Or, if you think AddPageForm should coexist with my code (because mine 
is just a simpler recipe), still call the markup the same, but
call the Recipe ExtendedAddPageForm, or something like that.

In any way, I think AddPageForm and your code should have similar names, 
since they do similar things. And certainly wouldn't mind, if you 
replaced this recipe that was written within a few minutes. How about 
you Radu? Probably was more work to put it up than to write it...
