Hello everybody,

I just read your discussion about creating a new page using a form. I 
wrote the http://www.pmwiki.org/wiki/Cookbook/NewPageForm script. With 
the script you have more options then with the newpagebox script. So 
maybe it can help you, but I have to admit, that the code is not very 
nice.
