D'oh!  After I got sysdiff.php ready to go again, I noticed that I
already made it available in the Cookbook!  (But I didn't have a link
to it from the main Cookbook page.)  i

Rather than increase the size of the distribution I think I'll 
just leave it as a cookbook recipe.

I guess I probably should resurrect the WinDiff recipe as well, so
that people on Windows environments can also have faster diffs 
(and simultaneous edit merging).
