Your system doesn't appear to have that capability.  Is it Win32? 
There's a test to see what OS is running but it's probably not
working.  I know a better way of doing that now (see the "Adapt to
Server" section of Qdig).  Either that or I could just make use of
PHP's handy function_exists() function.  Either way, I'll do something
about it for the next release.  Thanks for the heads-up.

Regardless of that, you don't need admin.php for what I originally
suggested.  It's usefulness is primarily for caption editing now.  See
http://qdig.sourceforge.net/Qdig/AdministrationScript

The admin script is picky about servers, but Qdig itself should run on
any server PmWiki runs on (and then some because it supports older
versions of PHP).
