[pmwiki-users] How to know *group* rights ?

Hello, a user of skinnice (skin configuration module) want to allow 
selected users to modify the skins for groups, and so, want to check if 
this user is allowed to admin such group.

But, if for checking *page* rights, there is the function 
RetrieveAuthPage, how can I check the rights for a *group* ?
