[pmwiki-users] Mailform.php error with Safari

Problem with Mailform.php

PmWiki 2-26 beta
Linux machine
www.glenquilts.com/pmwiki.php   See contact quilter page.

The form seems to hang and seems to be sending repeat emails instead of just one.  

Browser:
Safari 1.3 (v.312) (works fine with Firefox or IE6 on several PC's)

Computer and OS:
MAC - OSX.3.9
 
Error message:

Safari Can't Open the Page

Too many redirects occurred trying to open  
"http://www.glenquilts.com/pmwiki/pmwiki.php?pagename=I.success?
pagename=InfoGroup.ContactMe&mailform=success". This might occur if you  
open a page that is redirected to open another page which then is  
redirected to open the original page.


I don't have the mailform.php version number but this is the header
