I did a quick read of the PITS page and left it feeling confused - it talks 
about establishing user-based watch pages that accumulate list of pages of 
interest, but it doesn't seem to explain how or when mailings occur. Or is 
it web-viewable only? Might be best to add the answers to the PITS entry, 
or if they are embarrassingly obvious, send them to me privately!
