Also, while we're on the topic -- there's an outstanding question
or two regarding this feature that needs to be resolved... 

1.  What exactly defines a "section" for the purpose of section edits?

2.  Is there a special "section edit" markup, or are the edit links
    automatically generated by some other feature of the page?
