[pmwiki-users] "cannot download pmwiki" message from Browser

I have a link to my main pmwiki area at the top of
http://www.LoveMusicLoveDance.com <http://www.lovemusiclovedance.com/>

When I click on the link from my browser, the response is sometimes "Cannot
download" pmwiki.

Sometimes I can get in fine, sometimes not.  If I keep clicking eventually I
get into

http://www.LoveMusicLoveDance.com/talk
Any idea what is going on?
