[pmwiki-users] Newbie - UTF-8

A real newbie question (I've started to set a wiki about 12 hours ago): when
I use pmcal and tell it to use Swedish locale, the day names are given in
what looks like UTF-8. Unfortunately, the "raw bytes" are displayed instead
of "interpreted" UTF-8.

How do I handle a thing like this?
