  Hmm, I just realized, this might explain some of the
strange behaviour that I see that I have not quite sorted
out when dealing with titles and multiple includes with both
(:title:) and {$Title} markups in them.  Seems like if this
were worked out better it would help us understand what
would be needed for properties.
