Is there any chance that the hard-coded html tags in 
wikistyles.php will be replaced by variables?

At the moment, every time wikistyles.php changes (which is often)
I update the PublishPDF library with a new Wikibook-aware version 
to use when generating a pdf. We change the hard-coded tags to 
variables and insert comments to show where styles are applied.
