Here's why!
I'm running 2.1.5.
So, tomorrow I'll update to the last version, while for tonight I'll
be content with

       '/\\(:noaction:\\)/ei',
       "SetTmplDisplay('PageActionFmt',0)");

as suggested by Chris Cox. Just tried and works properly.
