[pmwiki-users] UpdateForm & SelectQuery updates; listing in Cookbook?

*whew!*  It took most of the day, but I've updated the SelectQuery and
UpdateForm Cookbook pages to reflect the most recent changes.  I wish I
could show off the elaborate site that's been driving these recipes'
development for the past month, but the client doesn't want it made
public yet.  :-(

I've been wondering ever since I first contributed these recipes in June
how to get them listed on the Cookbook.Cookbook page.  I don't have a
password for that page... do I need to apply for one somehow, or do I
just notify someone who does have a password?  Thanks!  --Ben
