Sigh... particularly hideous content.  I don't think it's
possible to properly interpret or display the plethora
of rich text combinations.  Without a consistent
set of rules... nothing will every look totally good.

I'm going to start updating the pmfeed-test.php
on the Cookbook/PmFeed page fairly often.  I'll keep
the original one there as well.  You might want
to try the pmfeed-test.php though and see if it's
good enough (it's not horribly bad).
