[pmwiki-users] adding CC licence to a page

I would like to let my editors choose which creative commons licence
they want to insert. But then they have to insert HTML to the page.

Is there a simple way to insert HTML to a wiki page?

Another possibility would be to make a wiki-markup voor the different
licence possibilities. But I am to much a newbie to make that. Or can
anybody give me a hint.
