[pmwiki-users] ToDo Recipe

I'm probably doing something dumb, but when I submit a
new "To Do" it doesn't appear on the list of to do's
on:

http://www.bethlehemcommunitychurch.com/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/Site/ToDos

Did I miss a step?  I've reread the documentation a
number of times.  The page is pretty simple:

The config.php has:

include_once('cookbook/XToDo.php');
$todo_category_names = array('Content', 'Looks',
'Technical');
$todo_owner_names = array('David', 'Greg', 'Steve');


I'm running pmwiki-2.1.11
