[pmwiki-users] Bugreport: Save fails (content destroyed) due tofilled quota

Hi Chris,

All users on our university are on a fixed disk space quota (even 
non-human users such as mysql and nfsnobody). The quota of the webserver 
user (usually wwwrun, in our case nfsnobody) was full. Since PMWiki 
creates files via the web, they are owned by the user that runs the 
webserver process. As such, the files do not count towards my own quota, 
but the quota of nfsnobody.

However, I would expect the same problem to occur when a disk is full, 
and not just when the webserver user is out of quota.
