There's no autocreation of Profiles.Username pages in the
HtpasswordForm recipe (for now).
The $EnableHtpasswordProfileLinks flag is only providing a way to
display the usernames as profile page links in the administration
form, therefore relying on the link to nonexistent page default core
feature.
