After reading a little about RTL, this may be better in config.php:
$WikiStyleCSS[] = "direction|unicode-bidi";
$WikiStyle['rtl'] = array('direction' => 'rtl',
'unicode-bidi'=>'bidi-override');
$WikiStyle['ltr'] = array('direction' => 'ltr',
'unicode-bidi'=>'bidi-override');
