- There could be a minor flaw in the recipe with regard to the "salting". I'm just not sure exactly how or when the "salt" database field gets used by PunBB. For my setup, simply setting the salt to '' seems to work. ~Kory -> mailto:webmaster [snail] herpsofarkansas [period] com December 29, 2008

- Does this work on 1.2? FluxBB 1.4 is based off 1.2 and not 1.3. ~Lirodon April 2, 2010
- I am not sure. I imagine it would be fairly close. Naturally, the "punbb" parts for the database name and tables would be different. A potential gottcha would be the authentication method, if different. Basically, I wrote up something that would work for my purposes...and if it works for you, too, that's great.
