Google Map API Discussion & Example Group

(redirected from Cookbook.GoogleMapAPI-Discuss)

Welcome to the Google Map API Discussion and (hopefully) Example section. The Google Map API is an interface between PmWiki wiki markup and the Google Map API. This recipe allows wiki authors to embed a Google Map in a wiki page. As discussion and interest in this recipe has grown, I've tried to cull certain portions of the recipe's development out of the Cookbook. This should prevent Cookbook clutter. If you've not already done so, it may help to familiarize yourself with the Cookbook:Google Map API page first.

Notes for Use: This group relies on PmWiki's rather new tags approach. When you look at the features page or version? page, you will notice lists of other pages. Please observe the tagging protocol as this will help keep us organized.

Discussion

One thing that is hard to track are the per-version talks. This group breaks out the discussions based on version.

Features

Various administrators have suggested improvements to this recipe over time. This group tries to track these features accordingly.

Solutions

There are some problems administrators routinely come across that have ready solutions?. This group does its best to capture these solutions to help administrators and authors quickly satisfy their needs.

Progress Notes

One of my objectives of this group is to keep administrators informed of development progress. To do this, I'm hoping to keep a fairly current journal via progress notes.

Versions

By breaking out the features, solutions, etc., I hope to tailor the disucssion to the specific versions of this recipe.

All pages

While I get set up, all pages are listed here.
