New comment markup (#comment#) looks very good, I think it could replace all other comment markups, however it has currently problems on pages with anchor markup (#anchor)

Thanks, I see that there is a problem if there are first #anchor and then #. After checking out the recipes in the Markup category, I believe {# ... #} is better and does not interfere with other markup rules. So I changed the code to curly braces. --Petko October 30, 2008, at 06:38 AM
Oh, it will interfere with the WikiSh recipe. Ideas for other combination are welcome. Like [##...##] or [%...%] or something else. --Petko

I like ## ... ##; or how about {: ... :}? --DaveG
"##" is used for indented lists, {: ... :} in ExtendedMarkup. I think I'll leave it to {# ... #} for the moment, and we'll help users with compatibility problems, if any. --Petko December 29, 2008, at 12:15 AM
