PmWiki 20 years, version 2.3.1 released, PmWeekly blog plans

PmWiki is now 20 years old, version 2.3.0 and 2.3.1 were released with many new additions and improvements.

I'll try to find time and update the blog in a more regular manner, maybe not every week but at least once a month.
