Description: The PmWiki 2 distribution come with a number of pre-defined pages, including:

Main.HomePage
Main.SideBar
Main.SearchWiki
Main.PageNotFound
PmWiki.PmWiki
Main.WikiSandbox
all PmWiki documentation

We need to make sure that we have correct versions of each of these pages for inclusion in the distribution. Also, are there any pages not in the above list that should be included?
