Description: Desired:

  1. Keep the ability for groups and wikitrails to have their own feeds.
  2. Have categories generate their own feeds too.
  3. Make information on generating/linking to feeds more findable; I stumbled across it in AvailableActions.
  4. Add link for getting the main feed (AllRecentChanges) with XML or RSS button to default skin, to increase awareness.
