Description: An entry in the RecentChanges list for which the "Author" field was left empty leads to, for example,
* Main.WikiSandbox . . . January 30, 2005, at 11:00 PM by ?
with the "?" linked to http://www.pmwiki.org/wiki/$Group/$Name?action=edit.
It would perhaps be better to say "by Anonymous" or similar, and not to link it.
