Description: Escape of a sequence does not span on multiple lines as described.
[= gaga \\ gag \\ ga \\ =]
is shown on one line: gaga ga ga
and not like this:
gaga
gag
ga
I'm afraid I don't understand the problem, as it appears to me to be working as it is supposed to. What output are you trying to get? --Pm
Maybe the idea is to have an escape sequence that spans multiple lines? This is something I was searching for when I found this PITS. (Maybe such a sequence exists, but I couldn't find it today.) --Henning March 04, 2005, at 10:03 AM
