00475: Hardcoded texts

Description: I've noticed some hardcoded texts that cannot be translated via XLPage

Password entry page

• "Password required"
• "Password:"

?action=attr page

• "Enter new attributes for this page below. Leaving a field blank will leave the attribute unchanged. To clear an attribute, enter 'clear'."
• "(set by group)"

Edit conflict page

• "The page you are editing has been modified since you started editing it..."

Edit Form 2.05:

in French I've always "Editing" , example :

$[Summary]

in the WikiSandbox is translated by
