Description:
This proposal is for a configuration option that would use the image's filename, with the extension stripped, as the alt text (and title text) by default rather than alt=''.
This will cause browsers to display the image name in a tooltip by default. People like tooltips! :-)
I fundamentally believe this should be a cookbook recipe or option. --Pm
