Description: See http://www.pmwiki.org/wiki/PmWikiCs/Sandbox - there is a problem with the links with diacritic letters.

With this bug, pmWiki is unusable for serious purposes in Czech language.

I've found a solution:

Rewrite 'iso-8859-2' to 'utf-8' in the file PmWikiCs.XLPage.
Save this file in Utf-8 encoding
