00623: Option for RSS feeds to list only major changes

Description: It would be nice if minor changes could be excluded from an RSS feed of a RecentChanges page. I'm afraid that users might be reluctant to make small changes if everything they do is reflected in an RSS feed.

Well, the RSS feed doesn't know anything about minor/major changes -- it only knows to list the pages from a wikitrail (i.e., RecentChanges). The real answer would probably have to be to have an option where minor changes aren't posted to RecentChanges.
