00928: ExportDoc skin problem

Description: I have installed the ExportDoc cookbook as described in the instructions http://www.pmwiki.org/wiki/Cookbook/ExportDOC

However I am getting this error when attempting to use the cookbook, here is an example url, to show how I am using it [(approve links) edit diff]

This is the error that I get PmWiki can't process your request

The monobook skin definitely exists, as all pages display correctly with the skin.
