Description: The new blocklist app located at http://www.pmwiki.org/pmwiki/uploads/Cookbook/blocklist2.php says to put include_once('cookbook/blocklist.php'); into the config file as a result the new blocklist2 is not used.

It should say include_once('cookbook/blocklist2.php');

Also the file blocklist.txt cannot be downloaded from http://www.pmwiki.org/wiki/Cookbook/Blocklist2
