Description: Suggestion for the roadmap to have a utf-8 only wiki install, is to check input - with a flag in config - for any black diamonds created after passing trough a convertion with a especial function added to the EditFunctions Array.
If black diamonds are detected, we redirect to Edit Dialog with a converted page( with the black diamond), where it can be removed.
