Description: Cookbook.PmSyntax is a fantastic addition to PmWiki, and a replacement for Cookbook.CodeMirror.
I'd consider its status to no longer be 'experimental' (see recipe page).
I want to move my wikis away from using CodeMirror, but a prerequisite to this is being able to default PmSyntax to 'on'.
This enhancement request is to add a configuration variable for use in config.php to allow webmasters to set PmSyntax highlighting on by default for wiki users

I still consider it experimental, so this is entirely at your peril. Please don't document it elsewhere (yet). --Petko
