Can you put content on the GroupAttributes page that is then used by 
all the pages in the group - such as wikistyle definitions? Or does 
this only work for GroupHeader or GroupFooter?  I think it is the 
latter, but I am not sure. I presume the GroupAttributes page has to 
be checked before a page in the group is displayed.
