GroupAttributes is simply intended to be a place to supply attributes
(but not markup) for the group. So, wikistyle definitions properly
belong in a GroupHeader or GroupFooter.

A GroupAttributes page has to be checked anytime a page is being
accessed and access restrictions might be in effect.
