[pmwiki-users] "undefined function" error after upgrade.

Hello,

I just upgraded a pmwiki installation which was still at 2.0-beta19 to
2.1.10. After the upgrade, accessing the index.php throws this error:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function: resolvepagename() in
/home/pmwiki/scripts/stdconfig.php on line 21

Weird. This function is used in stdconfig.php, which is included in
index.php, but *above* where the function ResolvePageName is defined.
Even weirder: cut-and-pasting the function to the top of the page
doesn't help a bit.

Known problem? My Bad? Anyone?
