[pmwiki-users] "undefined function" error after upgrade.

It sounds as though you may have renamed the pmwiki.php file to 
be index.php.  If yes, then when you upgraded to 2.1.10, did you
also copy the new pmwiki.php over the index.php?

If that's not it, then what version of PHP are you running?
