[pmwiki-users] How to download an upload

I'm playing with PmWiki on a test server.  A key criteria for me is
the ability to upload and download files as I want to use the Wiki as
a central documentation store and I want to keep relevant files (e.g.
drivers, BIOSes) with the documentation.

I've enabled uploading and managed to upload a couple of files.  But I
can't see how another user would download them - everytime I click on
the link, it takes me to the upload page again.

How do I download an uploaded file.
