Another alternative - if your browser has tab capability, bring up each page in separate tabs. Then you will not need to rely on caching at all.

It could possibly be fixed by adding to your local/config.php this code:
$EnableIMSCaching = 1;
This will allow the browser to cache the page, reload it faster and probably
scroll down to the same place.
